At Tactical Gear Junkie, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made patches and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
